Jennifer M. Williams, PhD, DACM, L.Ac.

Dr. Jennifer M. Williams is a national board certified Doctor of Acupuncture Medicine and Herbalist who is nationally board certified and licensed in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Virginia. She is an approved provider for the Veterans Administration as a Community Care Acupuncture provider for the Johnson City, TN and the Asheville, NC Veteran Medical Centers. Dr. Williams has a lovely shared clinic in historic Jonesborough, Tennessee. She also has an acupuncture clinic with an herbal compounding center, and teaching studio on Green Mountain, North Carolina.

Dr. Williams completed a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in San Diego, California after completing a PhD in Counseling Studies. She earned Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Science (ACCHS) in the California Bay are, during which time she completed a short internship at the Red Cross Hospital in Huaihua, China. She has a B.S. in Information Technology.

Dr. Jennifer teaches advanced diagnosis and acupuncture techniques for complicated conditions and comorbidities. She specializes in chronic pain, auto-immune, post deployment, and neurovascular presentations. Her clinical focus includes musculoskeletal issues, internal medical disorders, repetitive stress injuries, psyche, and wellness.

As an approved CEU/PDA provider for NCCAOM, Dr. Williams aims to improve communication and outcomes in integrated settings. She is a professional speaker, presenter, and author.
